Our Team: Paul Freeman

Paul joined the company in Feb 2013 having gained experience managing teams supporting the IT infrastructure for the Baggage System at T5 Heathrow, the BBC websites and iPlayer service and as a Major Incident Manager.

Paul has strong Service Management skills that he uses to ensure the right resources are available and that any escalations are dealt with promptly and fairly. He is ITIL Foundation (v3), ITIL Service Management for Service Managers (v2) and Prince2 Foundation qualified as well as being a Kepnor Tregoe trained Problem Solver.
